Is It Ok to Say Certain Cuss Words As a Christian?

OK. I know you all are thinking I have lost my mind but I did not and I am still saved.
And if you keep reading you just might free yourself.
So I am in the UK and I discovered alot of difference between the Uk and the United States christian during my first visit here in 2004. While our “christian” host carried on a friendly conversation with us, at times he would say “d***”. Now I am from the US and my girl, Buddafli, kept looking at each other like, “Is he saying what I think he is saying?” So that continued on to say the least when suddenly at the church, the Pastor said it in the pulplit. NOW I KNOW THIS IS MESSING UP SOME OF YOU ALLS RELIGION BUT KEEP READING. Well I just had to ask the host about.When I revealed to him that “d***” was considered a bad word in the US, he laughed like he lost his mind and said, “Oh really?” He said in the UK it is actually a common word, sort of like, “shoot”, or “dang”, or “man!!” CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?? That’s when I started researching and rethinking what I had been taught for years. In my research I found that in some countries, the word “cat” and “foot” is profanity (say what??). And here in parts of the UK, the peace sign we do with our fingers, is equivalent to something bad. So I had to ask God, “What’s up with that?” And this is what he showed me. We have made some traditions doctrines that God never set in place. Alot of things we call, “not of God” , is not necessarily, “not of God” as much as it is “not of our culture.” (ah ha!!) You don’t think so??? Ok then, tell me, how can you go into Africa and tell that man with more than one wife, he’s in sin or that it is not of God, when it is his culture to have more than one wife.I KNOW SOME OF YAL ARE MESSED UP RIGHT NOW!! We confuse culture with God.So where does that leave the word, “d***”?? GLAD YOU ASKED. Now there is a scripture that says: King James Bible All things are lawful for me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but all things edify not.or Bible in Basic English We are free to do all things, but there are things which it is not wise to do. We are free to do all things, but not all things are for the common good. in 1 Corinthians 10. So why should we NOT use certain words????? But the scripture also warns us about bringing offence. There is a scripture that talks about how the man who eats meat should not offend the one who does and vice versa. Neither one is right or wrong. It is simply their culture but it warns them not to take their liberty and bring offence. The bases of christianity is LOVE. I THINK ALOT OF US HAVE FORGOTTEN ABOUT THAT FOUR LETTER WORD. And out of love and respect for others, I don’t use that lauguage because I love you and it brings offence NOT because its not of God.DO YOU FEEL ENLIGHTENED?? I hope I have challenged you with truth. The point is the most important thing is your love. If you really love someone you would not want to hurt them. And the next time you take a trip out of the country find out what their 4 LETTER WORDS are, so you are not offensive. Peace and Pause
